1. About this policy
AIIH (“AI Inside Human”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of people who visit workshop.aiinsidehuman.in, register for a workshop, contact us, or use services offered under the AIIH brand. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
By submitting information through our website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you register for a workshop or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, city, investing experience, communication consent, questions, correspondence, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, referring page and server logs. The website also uses a one-way hash derived from an IP address for short-term abuse prevention and rate limiting; the original value is not stored in the registration database for this purpose.
Payment information
The current workshop registration form does not collect card, UPI or banking credentials. If a paid service is offered later, payment details will be processed by the selected payment provider under its own privacy policy. AIIH should receive only the transaction information needed to confirm and support the purchase.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- process registrations and provide workshop joining information;
- send event reminders, service messages and communications you have agreed to receive;
- respond to support, privacy and other enquiries;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and its services;
- prevent fraud, spam, abuse and unauthorized access;
- maintain business, tax or compliance records where required; and
- comply with applicable law, lawful requests and the protection of legal rights.
We do not sell personal information or use registration information for third-party interest-based advertising.
4. Cookies and sessions
The public registration flow may use a strictly necessary session cookie to protect forms against forgery and abuse. The private admin panel uses a secure session cookie for authentication. These cookies are not intended for advertising or cross-site tracking. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent registration or admin features from working correctly.
5. When information may be shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
- website, database, email, communication, analytics or payment service providers working on our behalf;
- our messaging system and the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform when you opt in to receive a workshop confirmation or related update on WhatsApp; the information transmitted may include your name, WhatsApp number and the relevant workshop details;
- professional advisers assisting with legal, accounting, security or compliance matters;
- authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and security; or
- a successor involved in a lawful merger, reorganization or transfer of the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process information only for the relevant service and according to their contractual and legal obligations.
6. Storage, retention and security
Registration and website data may be stored on systems operated by our hosting and service providers, including systems located in India or other jurisdictions where those providers operate. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including event administration, support, security and legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted admin access, password hashing, rate limiting and server-side database controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw communication consent; or raise a concern about our handling of your information. Withdrawal will not affect processing already completed and may prevent us from providing event updates or requested services.
To make a request, email info@aiinsidehuman.in. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you.
8. Third-party links and children
Our website may link to WhatsApp, payment providers or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and you should review them before providing information.
The service is intended for persons capable of entering into a valid agreement under applicable law. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children without the authorization required by law.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices or legal requirements. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date.
