1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to AIIH (“AI Inside Human”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, workshops, educational materials, AI-assisted research demonstrations, stock-analysis frameworks and any related services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for, purchasing or using a Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. AI limitations and accuracy

Some educational examples or analytical workflows may use artificial intelligence and large language models. AI may produce incomplete, incorrect, outdated or fabricated information. Market prices, company fundamentals, scores, classifications and examples may not be real-time.

No score, model output, illustration or verdict guarantees future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You must independently validate all information before relying on it.

4. Investor frameworks and third-party references

Educational material may refer to publicly known investing philosophies associated with well-known investors or market participants. Such references are used only to explain concepts. AIIH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to those persons, their estates, representatives, funds or businesses.

AIIH does not claim ownership of third-party names, trademarks or intellectual property. Any AIIH score, classification or output is independently created and does not represent the views or recommendations of the referenced person. There is no guarantee that any such person would agree with our interpretation.

5. Registration and communications

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. Workshop seats, schedules, speakers, platforms and materials may change when reasonably necessary. When you select the WhatsApp consent box, you authorize AIIH to send the requested registration confirmation and related workshop updates to the number supplied. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us or using any opt-out method stated in a message.

You must not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized admin access, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code or use the Services unlawfully.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AIIH owns or lawfully uses the website design, workshop structure, original text, graphics, recordings, tools, scoring methods and learning materials. Your registration gives you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use supplied materials for learning.

You may not reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, publish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected Services or materials without prior written permission.

7. Payments, cancellations and refunds

The current landing page may offer free registration. If a paid Service is offered, the price, billing cycle and payment terms displayed at checkout will apply. Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Services may link to or depend on third-party platforms such as hosting, videoconferencing, WhatsApp, email or payment providers. We do not control their availability, content, security or terms. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the Services, or reschedule a workshop, where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material event changes through the contact information supplied during registration.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIIH and persons working with it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss; loss of profits, opportunity or data; or financial losses arising from investment decisions, AI output, third-party services or reliance on educational content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability connected with a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these terms when our Services or legal obligations change. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
